Clem — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel great in your Clem pieces. If the fit or feel isn't right, returns are simple. Here's everything you need to know.
Our 30-Day Return Window
You have **30 days from your delivery date** to return or exchange most items. Fit is tricky online, so take your time trying things on at home — just keep them in returnable condition (see below).
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items should be:
- **Unworn and unwashed**, with no signs of wear (deodorant marks, fragrance, pet hair, stains, or alterations),
- **With original tags still attached**, and
- Accompanied by your order number or receipt.
Trying something on to check the fit is totally fine — that's what the window is for. We just ask that items come back the way they arrived.
Items We Can't Accept
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are **final sale** and can't be returned:
- Underwear, lingerie, and bodysuits (once the hygiene liner is removed)
- Swimwear (once the hygiene liner is removed)
- Pierced jewelry / earrings
- Face coverings
- Items marked **Final Sale** at checkout

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If something arrives with a fault, a defect, or it's simply not what you ordered, that's on us. Email **clemapparel@yahoo.com** within **30 days** with your order number and a quick photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — including any shipping costs. You'll never pay to return our mistake.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at **clemapparel@yahoo.com** with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
2. Let us know whether you'd prefer a **refund** or a **different size/color**.
3. We'll reply within **[1–2 business days]** with return instructions and the address to ship to.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it over, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within **[5–10 business days]** — your bank may take a little longer to post it.
For change-of-mind returns, original shipping is non-refundable and return postage is the customer's responsibility *(or: a flat $[X] return fee applies)*. Returns for our errors are always free.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Tell us when you start your return and we'll set the new item aside while yours is on its way back. If there's a price difference, we'll handle it fairly — a small charge or partial refund as needed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn't shown up when expected, check with your bank or card provider first, since processing on their end can add a few days. Still nothing? Email **clemapparel@yahoo.com** and we'll track it down.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy adds to — and doesn't limit — any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where the law gives you stronger remedies, those rights apply.
