Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after [cutoff time, e.g. 2 PM] or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll always do our best to get your order moving quickly.
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping Rates & Options
We offer the following options at checkout (rates calculated based on your location and order):
- Standard Shipping — estimated 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — estimated 2–3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships (not from when it's placed). Once a package leaves us, it's in the carrier's hands — delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control can happen, and we appreciate your patience if they do.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to at least 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
International Shipping
(Include only if you ship internationally — delete this section if you're domestic-only for now.)
We're happy to ship to [select countries / most countries]. International delivery estimates are 14–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Customs, duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering, as we can't predict these charges or refund orders refused at customs.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you catch a mistake, email us right away at clemapparel@yahoo.com — if your order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it. Once it's shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check around your property and with neighbors, then contact your carrier with the tracking number. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us at clemapparel@yahoo.com within 3 days and we'll work with you to make it right.
